Are you looking for a fun, new watersport? Paddleboarding may just become your new best friend. A paddle board—also called a stand up paddle board (SUP)—looks a lot like a large surfboard. However, a paddle board moves at a much slower pace than a surfboard. To propel the SUP through the water, you stand on it (like a surfboard), but instead of catching a wave, you use a long oar to move you along.
